The new Power Rangers Legends game is now available in the App Store for Free. The game was developed for iPhone and iPad. The app was 99 cents on the first night before it was taken down and replaced with the free version.
Choose your favorite Power Ranger and join the battle – only a legend can rise to victory and save humanity from a terrible fate. I played through the first four stages of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers until the game crashed. I was in the final round of Stage 4 and was forced to restart the six rounds again after the crash. The game is interested in the future additions of new Power Rangers, but I lost interest after the crash. The performance is decent with great graphics for the characters, user interfaces, and the levels. For the best performance, you should play the game on the latest iPhone and iPad devices. The game is filled with in-game purchases, which can be important for the gameplay. The game is very repetitive with an unbalanced difficulty. It is possible to lose a life in a matter of a few hits in a battle with a putty. The character choices for villains is poor with the primary focus on Putties and the many outfit changes.
The game heavily focuses on in-game purchases to purchase characters, weapons, boosts, as well as revivals. As you progress through the game, more weapons and boosts will be available in the store.
You can get a daily bonus from playing (or starting the game application) on a daily basis for the first 7 days. On the 7th day, you can unlock the Red Ranger character. After the Red Ranger character is unlocked, you get the standard bonus. The Red Ranger character setup was much stronger than the Green Ranger one. In my tests, a Level one Red Ranger with the Firebot weapon and the appropriate boasts was stronger than a fully equipped Level 7 Green Ranger.
The game developers released the first game patch, which has significantly improved the performance and touch gestures. The combat system feel more fluid and responsive to user interactions. The experience system and difficulty needs more work to show a progression in the gameplay. I played the game again with the Red Ranger character and had a better experience going through the four stages.
